Bodegas Oliveros
Family winery in Bollullos Par del Condado since 1940, known for Condado de Huelva orange wine and old vinegars, with hour-long tours of its underground cellars and tastings.
About Bodegas Oliveros
The Oliveros family founded the winery in 1940 in Bollullos Par del Condado, the main wine town of the DO Condado de Huelva. It works mainly with Zalema, the local white grape, making dry and sweet whites, a Tempranillo crianza, cava-style sparkling wines and fortified wines aged in solera. Its best-known bottle is vino naranja, a sweet aged wine flavoured with orange peel and protected as a Condado speciality. It also makes reserve wine vinegars, the oldest from a 1940 solera.
The guided tour lasts about an hour, in Spanish or English. It covers the history of the family and of the Condado DO, the main cellar with its barrels and steel tanks, the underground caves where bottles age, and the vinegar room, where you taste an old vinegar. It ends in the tasting room with three wines, a dry Zalema, a Tempranillo crianza and the orange wine, served with Iberian ham and aged cheese. The shop sells the range.
Individual visitors can book Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 18:00 by calling +34 959 410 057; groups can also come at weekends. The standard visit costs €10 (2026) and includes a bottle of wine per person to take home. A combined 4×4 trip into Doñana and winery visit costs €40. Bollullos is 45 minutes from Seville on the A-49.
The Condado harvest runs in late August and September, and Bollullos holds its wine week and route around the bodegas in October. Take home the orange wine, a good match for desserts.
