Nerja and Frigiliana from Malaga
Pair the flower-filled lanes of Frigiliana, regularly named one of Spain's prettiest villages, with the seaside charm of Nerja and its cliff-top Balcón de Europa. It's a relaxed ten-hour loop along the eastern Málaga coast.
About this tour
East of Málaga, the Axarquía coast shows two very different faces of Andalucía in one trip. Frigiliana rises up the hillside in a maze of steep white lanes, bright doorways and Moorish-era corners, while Nerja sits by the sea around the Balcón de Europa, a palm-lined promenade with sweeping views over the Mediterranean. The day runs about ten hours by coach from Málaga with a guide on hand, leaving time to browse local shops, photograph the coastal viewpoints and settle into the pace of both places. Little ones are welcome from age 3, infants can come along, and fares start at €41. Check the booking page for the meeting point and departure time.
