In Jerez de la Frontera you'll tour a sherry bodega and taste the fortified wine that made the town's name, then take your seat for the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art's celebrated show, where horses perform choreographed movements to music. The day continues to Cádiz, one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in western Europe, for a guided look at its seafront old town.
