Terms and Conditions
The rules for using AndaluciaTours, and what we are — and are not — responsible for when you book a tour you found here.
Last updated: 31 October 2026
In short
- AndaluciaTours is a free travel information and promotion website. We do not run tours and we are not a travel agency.
- Every tour on this website is run by an independent operator. If you book, you book directly with that operator, on its website and under its terms.
- The operator is responsible for the tour: its price, what is included, safety, changes, cancellations and refunds.
- We may earn a commission from some operators. It never increases the price you pay.
1. Who we are
AndaluciaTours (www.andaluciatours.com) is owned and run by [Owner’s full legal name or company name], [NIF / CIF], [Registered postal address, Spain]. You can contact us at [Contact email address]. Full details are in our Legal Notice.
2. What these terms cover
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the AndaluciaTours website. They do not govern any tour, activity, transport or accommodation you book with a third party: those bookings are covered by the terms of the business you book with.
3. What AndaluciaTours offers
AndaluciaTours helps you plan a trip to Andalucía with:
- Explore: guides to Andalucía’s eight provinces and their comarcas;
- Discover: places to visit, such as beaches, golf courses and museums, with practical information;
- Tours: a curated selection of short tours, day trips and multi-day tours run by independent operators;
- Our Tips: travel ideas and themed guides.
Using the website is free and does not require an account.
4. We do not operate or sell tours
AndaluciaTours is not a travel agency, tour operator or organiser of package travel. We do not run, guide or sell tours, we do not take bookings or payments for tours, and we do not act as an agent for the operators we list.
When you select a tour, a link takes you to the operator’s website. No contract for travel services is formed between you and AndaluciaTours. AndaluciaTours does not act as organiser or retailer of package travel, or as a facilitator of linked travel arrangements, within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302 on package travel and linked travel arrangements, as transposed in Spain by Book IV of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (the consolidated General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users).
The operator you book with is responsible for the information it must give you before you book, for performing the services, for any changes or cancellations, for refunds and, where the trip is a package, for insolvency protection and the other rights the package travel rules give you. Before booking, we recommend you check:
- who the operator is and how to contact it;
- exactly what is included and what is not;
- the cancellation and refund policy;
- whether you need travel insurance, which we do not arrange.
5. Tour information and prices
Tour descriptions on AndaluciaTours summarise information the operators publish. Prices are shown as a guide (“from” price per person, in the currency shown) and reflect the operator’s published price when we last checked it. Prices, itineraries, inclusions and availability can change at any time. The details on the operator’s website at the moment you book are the ones that apply.
If you notice an error, please let us know at [Contact email address] and we will correct it.
6. How we choose and order tours
Tours are selected by our editorial team. We look for tours that are relevant to travellers in Andalucía and whose operators publish clear information about the itinerary, duration, meeting point, what is included and the price. You can filter tours by length, theme and province. Where tours are listed in an order, that order follows these criteria and the filters you choose.
Operators do not currently pay to be listed or to appear higher in our lists. If we ever publish sponsored listings or advertising, they will be clearly labelled as such.
7. Commissions and partner links
Some links to operators may be partner (affiliate) links. If you make a booking after following one, we may receive a commission from the operator or from an affiliate network. This does not change the price you pay. Commissions help keep AndaluciaTours free, and they do not decide which places we write about or what we say about them.
8. Places, opening hours and ratings
Information about places, including opening hours, prices and access, comes from official sources and the venues themselves and can change. Where we show ratings from third parties such as Google, these belong to that third party and we do not verify them. Please confirm details before you go, and at beaches and outdoor sites follow local safety guidance, warning flags and lifeguard instructions.
9. Using the website
You agree to use AndaluciaTours lawfully and not to:
- copy or republish our content for commercial purposes without permission;
- use automated tools to extract content in a way that places an excessive load on the website;
- attempt to interfere with the website’s security or operation;
- use the website to send spam or unlawful material.
10. Intellectual property
The content of AndaluciaTours is protected by intellectual property law. The rules for using it are set out in our Legal Notice. Third-party photographs are credited with their author and licence.
11. Third-party websites
Operators’ and venues’ websites have their own terms of use and privacy policies, which apply when you visit them. Please read them, especially before you make a booking.
12. Our liability
We take reasonable care to keep AndaluciaTours accurate and available, but the information is provided for general guidance. Because we do not provide tours or other travel services, we are not responsible for how they are performed, or for any loss arising from your contract with an operator, including cancellations, delays, changes, accidents or injuries during a tour.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where the law does not allow this, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
13. Future services
We are preparing new services, including concierge assistance, bespoke tour planning and access to events. They are not yet available, and nothing on this website is currently an offer to provide them. When they launch, they will have their own terms explaining who provides each service, its price, your cancellation rights and whether package travel rules apply.
14. Questions and complaints
If you have a question or complaint about the AndaluciaTours website, please write to [Contact email address]. We will reply as soon as possible and in any case within one month.
If your complaint is about a tour, please contact the operator first, as it is responsible for the service. If you cannot resolve it, consumer bodies can help: in Andalucía, the regional consumer service Consumo Responde and the regional consumer arbitration system; for cross-border disputes within the EU, the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net).
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we launch new services or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. The version published when you use the website applies.
16. Applicable law and courts
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence and can bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
